It keeps fascinating me how during AcroYoga strangers start to trust and uplift each other in order to overcome boundaries and create things they never thought possible.
I discovered AcroYoga in 2014 spontaneously stumbling into a workshop at a yoga fair. After the workshop, life was not the same anymore. I got so excited that I couldn’t sleep for many nights. That excitement has sent me on a curious journey ever since.
It made me involve myself into building up the Zürich AcroYoga community and lead me to attend various workshops by many outstanding teachers over the years. I became part of an Indian AcroYoga community in Delhi during my exchange semester (yes that’s where the Indian accent is from) where I learned that a common passion can bridge even the biggest differences.
2019 I completed my AcroYoga International Level 1 Teacher Training in Annecy, being now an official AcroYoga teacher. I was also holding the office of the first ever president in the AcroZürich Verein in 2019/2020.
Currently, I am only teaching occasional AcroYoga workshops for beginners and intermediates as well as Acro Yoga retreats with Lisa Stähli and Albert Casals within our project AcroYoga Essentials. Unfortunately, we are not teaching any regular classes at the moment.
For questions, collaborations or workshops contact me.
